Why you are being asked this
Cosmetic tattooing is not suitable for everyone. Some conditions and medications affect bleeding, healing, or how pigment settles, and a few rule the treatment out altogether. Answering honestly protects you.
Your answers include health information, which counts as special category data under UK GDPR. It is used only to decide whether a treatment is safe and to carry it out properly, it is never sold or shared for anyone else's marketing, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. The privacy policy sets out exactly what is kept and for how long.
